1. Data Controller
The data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) is SES KİMYA TEMİZLİK ÜRÜNLERİ GIDA SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş. (“Ses Kimya”), Altınşehir Mah. Uğur Sok. No: 3-5, 34494 Başakşehir / Istanbul, Türkiye.
2. Personal Data We Process
- Contact form: first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message.
- Security: IP address and session and security cookies (to prevent abuse and spam submissions).
- Measurement and advertising data: only if you allow it in the cookie notice; pages visited, clicks on phone, email and WhatsApp links, browser and device information.
- Direct contact: any information you share when you reach us by phone, email or WhatsApp.
3. Purposes
- Responding to your request and providing product information and quotations,
- Conducting wholesale and partnership discussions,
- Keeping the website and the contact form secure,
- If you allow it, measuring site visits and evaluating the performance of our advertising.
4. Legal Grounds
Your personal data is processed under Articles 5/2-c (necessary for entering into or performing a contract), 5/2-ç (compliance with a legal obligation) and 5/2-f (legitimate interest) of the KVKK. Measurement and advertising cookies are used only on the basis of your explicit consent under Article 5/1 (choosing “Accept all” in the cookie notice).
5. How We Collect Data
Your personal data is collected electronically, by automated or partly automated means, through the contact form, cookies and similar technologies on our website.
6. Transfers
Information sent through the form is forwarded by email to authorised Ses Kimya staff so that we can respond, and a confirmation email is sent to you. For this purpose your data may be shared with our hosting and email service providers. If you allow it, Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads) and Meta (Meta Pixel) services are used for measurement and advertising; the servers of these providers may be located outside Türkiye. Transfers abroad are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK. Data may also be disclosed to authorised public authorities where required by law.
7. Retention
Your personal data is kept until your request is concluded and for the periods required by applicable legislation; it is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Your cookie preference is stored only in your own browser.
8. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
- Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- Request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK,
- Request that corrections and deletions be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- Object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis,
- Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

10. Cookies
- Necessary cookies: session, security and language preference cookies are always used so that the site works.
- Analytics cookies: Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use the site.
- Advertising cookies: Google Ads and Meta Pixel measure the results of our ads.
